Entrepreneurial and employment Training Program
Entrepreneurial training program KRAFT is an actionable solution to the employment and professional development challenges that immigrants and people from underrepresented backgrounds face in Norway. Through the Kraft program, participants will receive the tools, resources and network needed for sustainable professional development and personal empowerment.
KRAFT workshops will take place in Lillestrøm from 3 June – 14 June 2024 followed by a 6-month-long mentorship program.
The program is organised by Diversify in collaboration with Kunnskapsbyen Lillestrøm and Business Lillestrøm.
