Come to gain insight into what behavioral economics is and how you can make use of this knowledge in everyday life

Behavioral economics is a science that studies how we humans make financial decisions in practice. The field of study is a cross between psychology and microeconomics. Behavioral economics challenges standard economic theory, which assumes that a human being is perfectly trational and has unlimited self-control.

Being an entrepreneur requires many specific qualities, and perhaps the most crucial is never giving up. Therefore, knowing what we know about the brain, behavior, and how we make choices can be very helpful on a demanding journey toward the goal.

Process Manager Joakim Hafsås from GROW as is a behavioral analyst, and has previously worked a few years in health care, most recently as an executive, alongside the foremost in the country in the field of behavior analysis. As a professional manager and process manager in GROW, he has developed and implemented concepts rooted in behavioral science, for management groups and managers at all levels, in large Norwegian companies.
