The Confederation of Danish Industry visited Romerike and Oslo to learn more about our approach to zero-emission construction sites.
Zero-emission construction is receiving increasing attention in Denmark, where many see Norway as a leader in this field.
A delegation of 19 participants from the Confederation of Danish Industry visited Romerike and Oslo to learn how the region has become a leading example when it comes to zero-emission construction sites. They wanted to see how zero-emission construction is carried out in practice, and what could be important takeaways for Danish pioneers preparing to take the same step.
The delegation included participants from the Confederation of Danish Industry – Construction, the Centre for Public-Private Innovation, municipalities, consulting companies, and contractors. They were guided through the entire value chain, from public procurement and environmental requirements, via guidance and solutions for electric infrastructure, to visits at a zero-emission construction project, as well as access to available zero-emission equipment and experiences from previous projects.
