Viken County Municipality and Climate Østfold
Until November 2023, Viken County Municipality and Klima Østfold offered free assistance and climate advice to Viken municipalities that were to purchase emission-free machinery and projects with emission-free plant operations. The consultants in the project contributed, among other things, updated knowledge about emission-free machines, demand mapping among users, market dialogue, formulation of requirements and criteria in tenders and more. Throughout the project, a number of Case descriptions, templates, checklists, routines and other guidance materials which can be useful even if the counseling service itself is no longer available.

DFØ — Directorate of Management and Financial Management
The Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) provides advice on how to achieve climate- and environmentally friendly procurement in practice, including through general supervisors such as Get started with green procurement and e-learning courses.

DFØ also has a supervisor with Advice and examples of implementation especially aimed at emission-free construction sites.
